Luminex Star Technical Services L.L.C delivered the exterior facade glass, aluminium framing, and structural entryway works for the prestigious Pakistan Association Dubai (PAD) & Pakistan Medical Centre (PMC) facility located in Oud Metha, Dubai.

Key Technical Works Delivered

The project required specialized architectural glass shaping and thermal insulation framing to ensure aesthetic elegance, maximum energy efficiency, and long-term weather resistance:

• Curved Curtain Wall Glazing: Engineered and installed double-glazed, heat-reflective solar control glass panels along the main facade curve.
• Aluminium Structural Framing: Custom-extruded powder-coated aluminium window profiles designed for high thermal resistance and acoustic insulation.
• Composite Entrance Cladding: Installed premium white composite panels surrounding the primary entrance, housing the official landmark signage.
• Facility MEP & Electromechanical Integration: Executed ducting, electrical wiring, and climate control system integration across medical clinic and community hall sectors.
