Rising over 24 floors in the premier Dubai Marina district, this landmark residential skyscraper features state-of-the-art double-glazed blue architectural curtain walls, frameless glass balcony railings, and podium structural louvers engineered to withstand extreme coastal weather conditions.

Key Technical Solutions Executed

Our specialized technical teams managed the end-to-end engineering, fabrication, and high-elevation installation of the building's exterior envelope and electromechanical systems:

• High-Rise Unitized Glass Curtain Wall: Engineered thermal-break aluminium framing equipped with high-performance double-glazed solar-reflective blue glass units for energy efficiency and acoustic insulation.
• Frameless Glass Balcony Handrails: Installed structural double-laminated toughened glass balustrades with continuous bottom shoe channels across all 24 residential balconies.
• Podium Level Ventilation Louvers: Custom fabricated powder-coated aluminium louvers designed for multi-tier parking podium ventilation and acoustic screening.
• Structural Glazing Seals & Waterproofing: High-performance silicone structural sealants and weather seals providing superior wind load resistance and thermal stability in UAE climate.
