Situated in a high-traffic commercial corridor of Al Barsha, this multi-use executive building required a striking exterior design with superior acoustic and thermal insulation. Luminex Star Technical Services L.L.C engineered the custom corner glazing facade, dark-bronze architectural aluminium grid framing, and frameless balcony balustrades.

• Dark-Bronze Anodized Framing: Fabricated custom heavy-duty extruded aluminium profiles with a specialized dark-bronze anodized finish for corrosion resistance and modern architectural appeal.
• Acoustic Solar-Control Glazing: Installed double-glazed units featuring acoustic PVB interlayers and advanced solar reflective coating to reduce HVAC loads and urban street noise.
• Projecting Glass Balconies: Engineered frameless glass balustrades with structural base shoes for all upper-level executive office and residential suites.
• Ground Floor Retail Storefronts: Installed heavy-duty spider glass shopfronts and automated commercial glass entry portals for retail tenants.
