Project Overview

Rising above the waterfront skyline of Dubai Marina, the Azure Residential Tower features a distinctive modern architecture characterized by striking vertical strips of blue reflective glass and pristine white architectural cladding. Luminex Star Technical Services L.L.C delivered the full window glazing packages, external balustrades, and structural silicone sealing.

Key Technical Works Delivered

Working against harsh marine environment conditions, our engineering team prioritized thermal comfort, UV protection, and structural corrosion resistance:

• Reflective Blue Architectural Glazing: Supplied and installed high-grade reflective double-glazed glass panels providing maximum solar heat reduction while giving the tower its signature azure aesthetic.
• Aluminium Casement Window Systems: Engineered and fitted over 1,200 thermally broken aluminium casement and awning windows with heavy-duty German hardware for optimal weatherproofing.
• Balcony & Terrace Glass Railings: Installed 12mm laminated safety glass balustrades with stainless steel top caps across all apartment balconies and communal terrace decks.
• Marine-Grade Weatherproofing: Executed specialized structural silicone weather sealing around all facade joints to prevent moisture infiltration and salt-air corrosion.
